Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of jewelry sold by Leslie Plays In Clay ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website, social media shops, pop-up events, and direct-sale channels. They cover product descriptions, prices, ordering, payment, shipping, returns, repairs, warranties, cancellations, intellectual property, privacy-related matters, and dispute resolution.

Product Descriptions and Availability

We make every effort to accurately describe materials, sizes, colors, and finishes. Slight variations are natural for handmade pieces and are not defects.

Photos are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.

Items listed as "made to order" or "custom" will be produced after purchase and may have longer lead times specified at checkout.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products and to limit quantities.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

Sales tax will be added where required by law and collected at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted when payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel for inventory, pricing, or other issues and will notify you with a refund if applicable.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We will provide tracking where available.

For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with local laws.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in unused condition and original packaging. Custom pieces and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange; additional shipping or price differences may apply.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing may take up to 10 business days after receipt.

Cancellations: If you cancel before production/shipment, we will refund the purchase price minus any non-recoverable fees. Once an item has shipped or production has begun on custom items, cancellations are not accepted.

Repairs and Warranty

We warrant that jewelry shipped will be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, loss, theft, or damage from improper care.
